Josh was fantastic to work with. We’ve bought and sold homes before, but things are different when it comes to the North Georgia mountains, especially in today’s market.  Josh’s experience and depth of knowledge translated into great strategies that we never would have thought of.  He was supported by a great team, was always available, and truly went above and beyond what we expected.  He helped us get the perfect cabin in a very competitive environment, and we couldn’t be happier.

Josh and Armando were great to work with from start to finish! They helped us narrow down our search and help us figure out what is really most important to us (i.e. location, townhome vs single-family home, etc.). They were patient throughout the process and insightful as we were viewing homes so that we understand potentially maintenance issues, type of roof, siding, etc. This was instrumental to ensure that we found the PERFECT house and we couldn't be more thrilled with our decision!

Armando was our realtor and he was truly amazing. Home buying is such a stressful process especially when it is your first time like it was for us. Armando calmed me down numerous times (my husband thanks him for this) and was so understanding even when my demands were extreme. He answered the phone and texts immediately and was so attentive. He was very knowledgeable about homes and as we would do a walk through he would point out issues he foresaw in the future, any upgrades the house may have, and let us know if it was priced correctly. We put an offer in that was near full asking price on a home and it fell through. I was heartbroken at the time and Armando took us out that next week and we found our dream home the same day it went active on the market. We went to the house around 6 PM and I asked Armando to place an offer the next day since it was late. However, Armando went home, drafted the offer and sent it over that same night. We were under contract that next morning. He priced it just right because three more offers came in and ours won out. Armando works non stop to make sure his clients are well taken care of. We were so blessed to have Armando as our realtor and would recommend him to everyone. You will be in great hands with Armando as your realtor.

We have bought two homes and sold one with Josh at this point. I honestly can't be happier with having Josh on our side. He always knows the right move to make, he always knows what all parties involved are likely thinking, and he's always ready to get something done. Josh is great at minimizing the stress of the situation, as well as helping us fully understand how the industry works. He actually makes it a fun process. When I started looking for a home in February 2022 I was not expecting to immediately find a home. As you all know “these are unprecedented times”.
